Tiger Group, founded in 1976 by Eng. Waleed Mohammad Al Zoubi, is a UAE-based conglomerate with expansive operations in real estate, construction, hospitality, education and manufacturing. Its real estate arm, Tiger Properties, is helmed by CEO Amer Waleed Al Zoubi, and has developed over 250 landmark projects across the UAE and the Middle East, including high-rise residential towers and mixed-use community buildings.

Completed projects by Tiger Properties include iconic developments such as Marina Pinnacle (Tiger Tower) in Dubai Marina, and several residential towers like Jade Tower, Red Square Tower, Volga Tower, and Faradis Tower. Its current off-plan pipeline features ambitious projects like Tiger Sky Tower—a billion-dollar, record-breaking skyscraper in downtown Dubai with rainforest, sky-high infinity pool, and penthouses—and various JVT and JVC residential towers.

Tiger Properties delivers both branded, design-forward high-rises and non-branded residential buildings, targeting a wide spectrum of investor needs.
